Since its conception in1985 with a single product - car insurance, and just one way for our customers to buy - over the telephone, Directline has gone from strength to strength.

Directline’s Landlord Insurance Policy:
Key features include: A range of protection including buildings cover and public and property owner’s liability; equipment breakdown as standard; alternative accommodation costs up to 20% of the sum assured.
As well as increasing many of the above limits you can extend the policy to include: landlord contents, including those contained within communal areas, loss of rent from an insurance claim, employer’s liability, personal accident (assault)
For commercial properties: Suitable for those who manage up to five properties; offer property for commercial use, or a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential buildings, are responsible for insuring the building or freehold, have minimum tenancy agreements of 6 months or more.
